You can change your address in your online Skiddle account anytime by logging in and selecting ‘Edit Your Profile’

Once updated, these details will then be used to pre-fill any future ticket orders to save you time. 

Note: Updating the information in your online Skiddle account will only store the address for any bookings you might make in the future – for any outstanding tickets orders, you will need to update your delivery address.

You will also be able to see if your ticket has been dispatched yet and your order tracking information.

If your tickets have not yet been dispatched, you can change your delivery address by clicking 'Edit my details'

In some cases, you may be asked to provide us with a copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill.
