If you have misplaced or not yet received your email confirmation, you can access your order history at www.skiddle.com/orders where you can resend it to yourself, and also change your email address to an alternative if you wish.
Occasionally emails may get delayed or lost, and due to the nature of the internet sometimes our emails can get caught in spam filters. We work very hard to ensure this doesn't happen, but please double check your spam/junk folder if your confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
In some cases, you may not have received your confirmation due to an error when inputting your email address. This can easily be resolved and we would ask you to contact us before making another booking to avoid paying for your tickets twice!
If you are unable to access your online Skiddle account and have still not received your email confirmation, please call our office on 03333 010101 with your order reference number or postcode and we will be able to locate your order and resend your confirmation to you.
If you are unsure whether your order has completed and our offices are closed then simply check your outstanding transactions with your bank. This is always a good indication of whether or not your booking has gone through.
