If you're no longer able to attend an event\have purchased tickets as a gift and would like to change the name on your order then please click here to change your details free of charge instantly. 

Alternatively, you can head to www.skiddle.com/orders and click on 'Edit my details' 

Once the name on the order has been updated the recipient will automatically be emailed a ticket link (if their email address has been provided). 

You can then request that the order is moved over to their Skiddle account (if they don't  have one then they can easily register by heading to https://www.skiddle.com/register/) Once you've confirmed, the order will show in their order history and within the 'My tickets' section of the app. Brand new barcodes will also be generated so the recipient can be sure that they'll have no issues gaining entry to the event

Please note: you cannot request to move single tickets within an order of multiple tickets and you'll be asked to confirm the last 4 digits of the payment card for security reasons.

Alternatively, you can always provide the recipient with the last 4 digits of the card number used to make the purchase for them to access the tickets within the collection email. 

NB. If you have spares from an order of multiple tickets then the name on the order can remain the same (as long as you're still attending) and you can forward the barcoded tickets to the recipients. Each Rapid scan issued has a unique barcode and can be downloaded in PDF format or screenshot within the Skiddle app.
