Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed in the Terms and Conditions upon purchase. We're sorry, but these are the rules set by our event promoters. 


If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances and have purchased Ticket Refund Protection then please follow the link contained within the Terms & Conditions below to process a claim.

Alternatively, your order may be eligible for Re:Sell  or Cool:off (subject to status) 


If your order isn't eligible for either of the above then we'd advise passing on your unwanted ticket to a friend, family member or other ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent. Once you've found someone to take the unwanted ticket off your hands then head to www.skiddle.com\orders to update the details.
