Where multiple RapidScan eTickets have been purchased on one order, all tickets contained the order will state the same name
Please be aware that we don't have the facility to input individual names on each RapidScan ticket, where they have been purchased as part of a multiple order.
Don't worry though as this will not affect your entry and all tickets on your order will be valid for the quantity selected upon purchase.
Please ensure that each person attending has their own unique barcoded ticket to present upon arrival at the event (either shown in the App, as a PDF on a phone, or printed out).
Your tickets can also be presented on one device if you're arriving at the event together, but each person will only be permitted to enter, once their unique barcoded ticket is checked and scanned.
