If we are posting tickets to your address, you will be notified by email when we dispatch the tickets. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to locate your tickets within Royal Mail.

Royal Mail may notify either yourself or us that the tickets have been returned to sender. This is typically because the address is incorrect, or you were unable to sign for the items and then failed to collect them from your local delivery office. They will then be returned to our office.

When we receive your ticket(s) in our office, we will notify you via telephone and email to arrange redelivery, or collection at the post office.

Please note that if we are able to re-dispatch your tickets, you will be charged for this.

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds if your tickets are returned as undelivered to us.
