Please be aware that as Skiddle are the ticket agent and not the event organiser, we're only authorised to issue refunds where the event itself has been cancelled or postponed.

If the event that you've booked for is still showing as live on Skiddle.com, then it's still due to take place as originally scheduled despite any adverse weather conditions.

However, should the promoter/s cancel, postpone, or move the venue of their event in the meantime, you'll receive an automated email, containing refund instructions, to let you know.

We'd always advise in keeping an eye on your emails and to check out the events official Facebook page for further updates.

If you are no longer able to make it to the event, you still have the option of passing on any spare tickets to ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent.

Once you've found someone to take the tickets off your hands you can head to www.skiddle.com/orders to update the details.
