Where an event is postponed by the organisers you will have 7 days to request the refund on your order should the alternate date or arrangements not be suitable for you.

After this 7 day period (for those who have not requested a refund) all remaining ticket orders from the original postponed date will be updated accordingly with the new event information, and will be merged with the upcoming rescheduled date.

During this time you won't be able to access the ticket/s from your app or order history, but don't worry as your order will become available to view & download again in due course.

If you keep a check on your app and / or order history in the meantime, this update will be activated automatically and your ticket/s will show the rescheduled event information for you.
