You'll be able to check if your order is eligible for Re:Sell from both your order history and the My Tickets section of the Skidde app. You can only request that your tickets are resold if that event has now sold out.

If your order isn't eligible for Re:Sell, then you can still pass your on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Head here for help with transferring the order over to the new recipient.


Please note: we encourage all promoters to make use of the Re:Sell service for their sold-out events. Currently, this is an opt-in service so although the event you've booked may be sold out, your order may not be eligible.
