If we are posting tickets to your address, you will be notified by email when we dispatch the tickets. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to locate your tickets within Royal Mail.

Royal Mail will attempt delivery once and if you're unavailable they will leave a 'While you were out' card. 

Your tickets will then be held at your local delivery office and you will need to make arrangements to collect them from there. 

If left uncollected your tickets will be returned to Skiddle HQ and we'll get in touch with you to arrange re-delivery if received back in good time before the event date.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot give refunds if your tickets are returned as undelivered to us. In cases of 'addressee unknown' items will be returned to us immediately.
