We aim to send your tickets as soon as we possibly can. 

The estimated dispatch date for most tickets is 2 weeks in advance and the latest you will receive them is 48 hours before the event.

Your tickets will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and we will send you a notification email when your tickets are dispatched from our offices. Please note - you will need to sign for your tickets.

If you're not in at the time delivery is attempted a 'while you were out' card will be left for you. Simply take this to your local sorting office with any required Identification to collect your tickets.

You will be able to see if your ticket has been dispatched yet and your order tracking information, 
which you can use to locate your tickets within Royal Mail
